Coach Step Two: Executive Coaching

Next, we establish a customized coaching schedule with a THRIVE 365 Executive Coach. Our coaches, all seasoned executives, are proficient in the ABCD framework.

Team Step Three: Team Alignment

Following that, we collaborate with the Executive's extended team, utilizing the LEGACY LEADER COMPASS(™) to evaluate team cohesion and tailor the approach to the rest of the organization. 

Secure Step Four: Organization-Wide Development

Finally, we leverage the alignment achieved by the Executive Team and implement Mentor and Leader Development initiatives throughout the entire organization.
